I concur hotswop - the detox pathways are something i've only just got into but it seems that sluggish liver coupled with toxins/supplements recirculating go hand in hand with fast stage 1, slow stage 2/3.

Like you state - i too don't do well with glandulars, or herbal adrenal stimulants. Paradoxical reactions too. Very hard to self-navigate such a confusing body territory!

I hope someone pipes in with ways to address stage 2/3 detox problems.

Enema's possibly are crucial to relieve sluggish detox then.
