Hi Chris,

Sorry, I have another question. We agree that our body makes vitamin B12, but does it stop producing it when we consume alcohol or eat meat?

The reason I ask this question is in India there is a huge population that is vegetarian and vegan. They believe that drinking alcohol inhibits our bodies from producing all essential micro nutrients.
