I started about a month and a half ago on nature's sunshine heavy metal detox. My NP uses mostly nature sunshine products. It has cilantro, kelp and some other things, but I don't know if its really working. I was thinking I may have to go deeper with this. I took chlorella for a few weeks and noticed some pain in my gums directly after taking it. I figured it was the heavy metals left over from my amalgams. I had those removed a few years ago. I don't feel this with the stuff I'm taking now. But I've heard chlorella isn't good for candida and other reasons. So you may be right, I will look into DMSA etc.

I just took a nap and upon awaking and lifting my head I had to breath heavily as if to catch my breath. I was also feeling crawling in my lungs as I fell asleep. I really need to figure out this air/lungs thing. Maybe it's asthma although I've never been diagnosed with that. And does it work that way? I'm looking into doing a lung cleanse also.
