Hi thanks for replying :). I never knew high carb diets can also get rid of candida! That's so weird I thought you always have to eliminate them. I don't really have much choice with carbs since I have problems with all grains and my symptoms started getting worse after reintroducing potatoes in my diet though i haven't been on the diet long enough to know if it will work. I sometimes wish i could fast too since I feel like every food except vegetables is a problem but I think that would do more harm than good =\ just can't win can we?

I've never heard of the pure turps/sugar cubes method before what is it?
