I'm not joking I've just read everywhere that you shouldn't eat Sugar including honey and I don't think there is such thing as a perfect food sorry... maybe it's perfect for you but not everyone? Because I can't eat millet... I also heard potatoes are not ok >< pretty much no carbs or Sugar are really ok... I only thought legumes is a problem because they also contain carbs..
