first and foremost, you must trust yourself. second, do what works. none of us can see the future. what i am doing is experimental. no one knows how this turns out over time. all i know is that i am doing what i think is right for me. thats the example i want people to follow, not take Iodine drop for drop like i do.

a study? thats a laugh. there are plenty of anecdotes here that tell the tale i tell. thats how it works for me and for others. the drainage goes back to near normal, whatever that is. we cant even be sure of that.

all i know is that if you cater to the flesh, its job is to procreate and die, and thats what youll accomplish.

i think you are misinterpreting some things. i think eating out of the ocean to any extent is a fools game. food and herbs are wonderful and powerful. what industry is doing to us is not wonderful but is just as powerful. i am in it for the long haul, choosing to fight fire with fire.
