Good luck, glad to hear of your intentions. I hope you do well and I will be reading your posts.

I ended a water urine fast in October after 20 days and I have much more control now of my cravings than with previous fasts of 13 or 14 days.

Something gave me more willpower. I am still getting back to rubbish foods amongst my mostly good diet, especially over the Christmas period, but I have kept my weight down this time and I have a much better resolve to eat healthily.
