I have no seizures as long as I keep it up every day. I stopped for a week and I think I had a seizure at night, I woke up with very clenched teeth with a tooth broken!
I plan on drinking morning urine for the rest of my life. I continue to feel stronger and my skin looks great too. If I forget in the morning then the afternoon is fine.
I haven't had a cold all winter.
