I know that my white gunk is not EC related because I remember having it even before i had EC. Its just accumulated dried saliva that will turn white mainly on the corners of my lips. It happens mostly at the end of the day...

Longterm, yes as soon as I take shower or eat something the white gunk move around so its not "attached" to the lips. So I am asking if I should wipe off the white gunk when its accumulated on the build up before to apply the creams.

But now i realize that I am maybe making too much story out of it lol!! Indeed...the white gunk comes off on its own anyway. So i can still apply creams on my lips..if there white gunk it doesnot matter anyway!
