Alright Bionect and aquaphore on top all day :)

Yeah I guess its hard to judge when we are causing trauma or not. But if we keep the lips moisturized all day with aquaphore at least no trauma should be caused from talking smiling etc however yes eating and showering is key because the lips are not protected anymore by aquaphore so we have to be careful.

If you have any white gunk, how do you deal with it while doing the wound healing treatment? because for me its specially when im eating or showering that i can get red of it but if im doing the treatment i wont touch my lips at all except when applying the cream... so im afraid i will have big white gunk lol.

Do you think its OK if i gently wipe off the white gunk after shower (without touching the build up of course) before applying the cream? or should I leave the white gunk and apply cream...
