Thank you again Glax for your great ideas.

I'm fairly miserable at the moment.

Do you take pineapple daily? Is canned pineapple as good as fresh?

I better get myself a full moon calendar and take more note. What sort of plan do you have for the full moon? Do you take herbs for a couple of days or how?
