**So; in general; low vit D;
How much to blame on the sunscreens??
What other factors are the real offenders,like pufas??**
other variables involved IMO:
- exercise
- determining the difference between toxicity and immune reactions, i.e. differences between toxicity crisis, immune reaction to toxin, immune reaction to pathogen
- whether or not an extreme immune **drop**, like an immune boost, can cause symptomatic flareups appearing to be an immune reaction
- air quality changes and exposure changes, both indoor and outdoor
- who knows what else..
we pretty much all exercise less in the colder months. exercise is your body on super detoxification, elimination, immunity, and "hormone re-adjustment mode"(to higher baseline metabolic rates, including immunity pathways themselves, strength training more so then cardio to BTW). but of course like any oxidizer moderation and "anti"-oxidants and/or electron donning are key..
also lets take into account the origin of catching a **cold**. obviously it seems to be most associated with being exposed to cold weather. so, is this from an immune boost or drop, or a weird combination of both??? i believe colder air might hold more oxygen and negative ions, or overall negative charge, and and we already know a few folks claim ice cold water exposure can do amazing things.
then we have likely immune loss from heat/energy loss..
plus we know chronic stress can make people get sick, and there's little or nothing immunity boosting about Sympathetic over-modulation, i would surmise. so is their symptoms from toxicity and elemination problems, or, an immune reaction/response, from an immunity **drop**
