Dear Charly!

Thank you so much for sharing David Frahm's way of doing a liver cleanse! I can't stand Epsom Salt and now I can't wait to try Frahm's cleanse without it :-)

The only thing is that where I live I can't seem to find liquid Magnesium citrate anywhere. It's only sold in capsules.
It said in your post: "drink a 10 to 12 oz bottle of magnesium citrate". Do you/anybody else happen to know how much that would be in capsules?
