Hello Rawmr,

The addition of an oxidizer to your diet should not interrupt you normal diet. The body runs on oxidation and handles anti oxidants in normal day to day living. All you are doing is increasing the oxidation side.

One way around this is to target a higher concentration of oxidants if your diet is high in anti oxidants.
