As MH said "something that needs to come out", time is the best cure.

I remember changing a normal diet to fruit only, my bottom lip swelled up huge (never occurred before) and then after 2 weeks it went away.

I think it's just cleansing, so keep a clean diet, and give the body time to heal and cleanse itself. Nothing to worry about.
