Hi Onedaysoon,

I will, but like I said, right now I am so frustrated. I did NB for 1 year and I saw great improvement to the point I felt the best I ever did. I took 6 months off big mistake and thought I would be able to do the rest on my own.

Since starting NB again, I have crashed 3 times...unless it is related to detoxing. I know I am releasing high amount of allumiun thou...so that may be the case.. I think I will get a re-test just to see if I dumped anything major.

I am thinking too that I may be starting to dump some more stuff. Been waking with a intnese head ache and not sleeping more then 4 hours a night the past few nights....grrr.

I know in the end it will pay off...Thanks for the support and listening to me :)
