Thanks for keeping me on track...I am just getting fustrated.

I feel like I was getting better results last time on NB... Unless I am in the state of detoxing.

I crahsed two time with in two weeks during Christmas.

I am now in the 4 lows...and now parasypathetic...so I know in my heart I am healing...but with no improvements and crashing is making me re-think everything..
