Absolutely. I will do a superdose of 2,000 iu per kg of body weight 1x per day for 3 days when I get any cold or flu and this knocks it out completely.

I know that is only a bandaid for the real problems which come from our dental work and vaccines, but when we fix these problems and our diets, we won't have to take massive doses of things to compensate.
