I'll start oil pulling.

I've read that gum problems along with tons of other problems can occur if you have low stomach acid levels. I've been diagnosed with IBS, am constipated a lot and can see undigested bits in my stool all the time. Could this really be another reason for my gums to be hurting? And what Can I do about it?
