Yo Kelly,
I hope to have some beet kvass one day soon, just tried to make it (twice in a week) and no fermentation either time. Used the NTraditions recipe without success, suggestions? Also, I have taken a life-long vow of no intoxicants, is there alcohol in kvass normally? Please and thanks!
