Too much water was a big issue for me. I was having lots of low metabolism/hypothyroid symptoms to go along with my AF such as constant cold hands and feet, very infrequent bowel movements, foggy head etc.

I fixed pretty much all of those in just a few days by limiting my water intake and increasing my intake of certain "warming", high calorie density foods like coconut oil and even ice cream!

There's a book about all of this called "eat for heat", i definitely recommend at least checking out the amazon reviews for it if you have the same issues.
