Probably different types of flukes. I had tons of them come out. With each cleanse you will see more and more. The big boys will start coming out probably you third cleanse. It takes more cleanses to get them. Ascaris bid in the BM so if you don't use a chop stick you may never know if you eliminated them or not. Donna
