Hey everything,

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

There are so many experts and gurus out there ... especially in the field of health ... that what one says is bound to cross with another's.

I personally try different things that have any reasonable chance of working and watch it's effects on me. I make my decision that way.

coffee enemas for me (as a slow oxidizer, and what they call a pathological detoxifier with significant liver issues) have been a G-dsend. It's the only thing that I can count to work sometimes. But like I said, what works for me may not for you.

Does Moritz say this about psyllium in an enema, or taken orally?
