Hi, I am new to this site.  Lots of great information!!  Just wondering, I've been taking magnesium for about 3 weeks.  You say that it has to be taken for several weeks or months before you see a difference?  My afib flutters also occur at night and I am amazed at the variety of triggers that people have listed!  My triggers seem to end when I sit up or sometimes change position in bed.  I am taking 700mg of magnesium per day.  Thanks
