What can I say, I was eating a low carb diet when I first started developing my hypoglycemic-like symptoms, only a diet with heavy animal protein seemed to curb my symptoms, but it was only temporarily, all conventional medical wisdom recommends a higher protein diet for these symptoms, I tried a "stricter" Paleo diet, but was just slowly getting worse and worse, until I did almost the complete opposite and adopted a low fat plant-based diet and those symptoms went away within days and have never came back and my glucose levels always test in the perfect range.

Everything I had and how I healed it was consistent with what Dr. Joel Fuhrman calls "Toxic Hunger," what he seems to think the true cause of hypoglycemia is:
