If you want to stop the insanity of never knowing how to treat candida, try the McCombs Plan. He has a website, and he is here on Curezone (his forum is Ask the Candida Expert). I tried it and got rid of candida, and convinced three of my friends to do it and they've all had great results. And my boyfriend had leaky gut for years which no naturopath could ever cure, and this plan cured him. Go to YouTube and look at his videos - type in "The Science Behind Candida." At least watch the videos if you're not going to do the plan. It explains so much of how our bodies work. The stuff natway is posted is all backwards and opposite of the truth about candida. While it's true that the wrong kinds of fats are toxic, good fats are good for the whole body and fats do not feed candida, sugars do. What I can see is that you're eating yogurt, and the Sugar in dairy for one feeds candida like crazy. Also, with extreme candida it's good to stop probiotics for awhile as there is too much bacteria in your gut, and the good bacteria has no room to grow with the candida in there. The McCombs plan addresses this issue and adds back the probiotic later when it has a chance to work and not just cause more problems.The main thing about the McCombs plan is the diet, which really works, and also the undecenoic acid, which weakens the candida causing it to die naturally over a period of weeks without the extreme die-off symptoms. I became really really sick using Candida Clear, and only had minor die-off with McCombs.
