My story is a wee bit different. When I was at the WORST of my chronic fatigue, I stunk stunk stunk! My hubby would tell me my breath smelled like death, and my BO was like 'old man smell'. Haha. Because I didn't smell before, I knew I had a starting point, therefore could backtrack. It actually gave me more incentive to make changes.
