it is all about finding the balance :) this is an ongoing lesson for me in life it seems. four years of grad school threw things off emotionally, nutritionally, rest, etc. I have spent the last year working to regain that balance and healing from quite a bit. and resting as much as i can. my adrenals seem to be responding to this very well. i have lots of exciting reading to explore :)
