very cool stuff! I work with children with autism spectrum disorders, and my husband has "a touch" of the tendencies as well. i have him on the protocol too.

but this: "In general less fear, less need of control, better humor, letting go of issues."
it is like you read MY mind. these are some of the tangible benefits i am noticing, still early in the process of becoming iodinated. my husband commented last night how much i have been laughing lately. i am a type-A, quick tempered person, have been since childhood. but lately, I am much more at ease, finding more joy in the everyday, more self reflective, and more connected in both a physical and spiritual sense. it is improving my relationships, and i am enjoying the self-growth.
