I get those too, but not as many as you. Maybe 2-5 per flush. I know I haven't eaten any similar looking seeds, so I suspect they must be something produced in the body.

I cut one open once and it was soft, almost the consistency of a gallstone but with a less grainy texture. Definitely didn't seem like a seed, more like a soft nut, but I hadn't eaten any of those, either.
