- Day 1 of pre cleanse (8 LBB, 8 PWE)
- stools contain yellow jelly like pebbles that floats on top (apparently these are lymph mucoid waste, expelled through the stools after a series of dry skin brusing and LDM (lymph drainage massage)

MH quoted several times that we have constipation all over the body.. and this is usually mucus caught in the lymph system...

now I have reason to believe this..
