Thanks much for all the info. I am using organic kelp but will check out the Norway brand. It has been over 2 weeks now & so far no herx. Maybe it has helped that I have done so many kinds of detox before.

Re the wound. The swelling is almost all gone. It is pinkish now, not red. I found that Colloidal Silver , my own homemade kind, seemed to help extra with swelling but also irritated the wound. I have taken extra Thymuplex and Astragalus to make sure my system could fight off infection, plus some echinacea and goldenseal.

The method I used to avoid Antibiotics and so on would of course only work if one is working at home, maybe a housewife, or retired or on vacation.
