Lugols is Lugols; and the Aquarium shops are great for purchasing it; for some countries the only possibility. (Like over here)
If an aquarium fish can take it, we can certainly do too!

The ingredients are;Purified water, Potassium Iodide, Iodine
-Iodine (min) 126,803 ppm

-I believe this is the 5 %; if it looks like coffe, it is. If it looks like tea it is a 2 %
