I think you're right - they're not pine nuts - I haven't eaten any of those in months. I suspect they're water-logged cumin seeds. There were so many of them I'm wondering how long I've been storing them! Meanwhile, there were more "bile" related results later, and I feel better, but not like I'm finished. I'm going to repeat the process next week, after doing more bowel/intestinal cleaning. I think that might help.
