I think i've just relapsed my adrenals by reading this thread!

I've realised that talking about what works for you is likely to get criticism from many i thought were beyond that - when surely mutual respect for trying different paths to end the suffering/pain journey we find ourselves on is more called-for?

It's saddening - is all i can really say and..

Bashing another's protocol in a SUPPORT forum is downright inconsiderate.
