You're on the money with the Candida/SIBO

Don't stress about the coated tongue, It doesn't mean you all of a sudden got Candida, It's more that your body just started dumping old toxins and sludge from you system. Hence the coating on the tongue. Everytime I have ever done a cleanse or a juice fast this has happened

The quickest most efficient (and cheapest) method for you to get the bad stuff out of your body IMO is green juice fasting taken in conjunction with colonics. Candida is quite easy to kill but It's not easy to eliminate from the body, especially because most of us are packed with KG's of old feces and rotting food. A week of herbal colon cleansing will not be anywhere near enough. It will take some time.
