Angina is a symptom of coronary heart disease ( a severe form of scurvy) as you are probably aware, with insufficient oxygen getting through the heart muscle; smoking and a poor diet could very well be the cause if not exacerbated the issue.

Juice fasting may work, but I am not familiar with any testimonials for this.
Quickest solution is the Pauling protocol (very effective) OR the extended water-only-fast. The Pauling therapy is not accepted by Mainstream because it is not Pharmaceutical-based. Most orthodox Doctors are in ignorance of it, just as they are with any "alternative" that works.
You MUST change your diet to one that is wholefood and plant-based as is my own and has been for years. It's not difficult to change.
