You might want to try milk. If you are lactose intolerant, don't use cow's milk, use goat's milk. Heat about 6-8 oz and add 1 garlic clove. Heat slowly until garlic is softened. Blend together, let cool and use as a retention enema. Do this 3 days on and one week off for 2 months. Also Scottish pine oil mixed with black strap molasses three times a day for 2 months might also help. Note if you have candida, don't use blackstrap molasses, use borage oil, or flax oil.
