If something is broken I take 20-50 daily, if something just hurts I take 3-4 three times daily. You should have a free flowing liver before you take large doses.

First we need to know why you have arthritis? A description of you and your lifelong habits/operations, etc., explains why you have this and BF&C is not a cure, but will help.
