It sure has changed, and for the better. I owe alot to you for making book one available and for the wonderful longevity spice 4 life kit, together they are worth more than all the gold in the world.

Now I need to do a bunch more liver flushes until I am stone free. I will start that about a week after my fast is over. I believe that is the reason my joints have not rebuilt yet and my skin still hasn't cleared up.

Any thoughts on some super liver herbs, MH?
