One suggestion though. Vaseline is pretty thick and kind of hard to apply, especially with buildup on your lips. So you should heat it up so that it softens and apply it. And you should apply it with Q-tips.

Also I just started applying them to moist lips, which I have heard is the best way.

Also of course, leaving them alone is the most important part. So dont rub your lips together or anything.
