Well we must not have the same thing then. What used to be 'crusts' a couple months ago, are now just dry calluses, which are eventually flaking off, leaving healthy skin. And this has only taken a couple months (and probably would have happened a lot quicker if I didn't give in to people's methods regarding moisturizing. All the peeling does is reveal raw, unhealed skin.

Your body is making the lips do this for a reason - it's the bodies way of healing. By putting shit on your lips and manually pulling off the skin, you're just reversing what your body is wanting to do to heal. Sorry, but it's just common sense.
