I believe it is a candida infection too, but I can't find a doctor to help me about it

I did a test of the stuff I have in my mouth and the white tongue as well, it came back 100% negative... (no infection) but I refuse to believe because I have this white tongue and if I don't clean this everytime it can be much worse
