I am almost 4 months pregnant and I too have a nasty case of pregnancy eczema. I first thought i had scabies because it itched soooo bad. I was treating myself for scabies for a whole month and it kept getting worse so i saw a midwife and she told me i had eczema. I'd never even seen eczema before. I take oatmeal baths, avoid junk food and use only chemical and fragrance free skin and hair products(natural oils like rose oil and verbena make nice fragrances and I seem to do fine with those). Cod liver oil (taken orally), coconut and cocoa oils (topically) work wonders for mine.
