I sent my sample to biolab from Canada. It costs a fair bit in postage but worth it for the information.
I can't think of a way to get details on the type of bacteria in the small intestine other than an aspirate and even than all the bacteria may not culture properly.
I've decided I have to take broad spectrum antibacterials (garlic , oil of oregano etc).
I get the most relief from strict diet too and hcl/pancreatic enzymes. Onthejourney did too but over time with everything else she did she was back to a nromal diet.
