FYI, a lack of enough carbs to fuel your brain can drive people crazy and fuel aggression and anger problems.

If you want to attack my belief, fine, but at least get it right. I didn't say "candida is caused by fats and not carbs." I said "Excess Sugar may be the direct cause of Candidiasis, but it is not the root cause. The root cause of Candidiasis is EXCESS FATS."

Why is it that about all of you that have attacked me have taken what I said out of context?
