I would love to be able to say that i have been iodinated for 5 years, but I will have to settle for 3 months :) my body sought out iodine, with an overwhelming urge to eat large amounts of seaweed this summer, which led me to research what was in there that my body was screaming for more of. Yes, if I knew then what I knew now...
I've got my husband on the protocol, co-supplements every day but he is less consistent in taking the Iodine daily. Its a start :)
