Hi- Two years ago I did just over 20 Liver Flushes over a one year period. I was also eating a near raw vegan diet. It is a wonder that I didn't kill myself. All of this brought me to the exhaustion stage of stress. When I was tested my sodium was 2 and potassium 1.

Every Liver Flush left me in such a severely crashed state. I understand now that they messed badly with my electrolytes and I would almost pass out after each flush.



I would never do another Liver Flush and my liver is working great now.

I see this was crossposted. I am answering from the adrenal fatigue forum.
