I have had similar problems. What I have done to help my situation is avoid all stimulants. (I do have Sugar fixes... Specially once a month)I'm Vegan, gluten and soy free as well... The gluten and soy were causing real problems. I went through a point where ALL foods were bothering me so I had no idea what was the culprit, until I just eliminated.
I keep all my stuff organic, and gmo free... I feel like our bodies aren't responding to bio engineered food like normal food does. Since they have to infect the normal fruit with a virus so they can put new genes in it... So they make our food sick... I think it's weird, and I'm kind of rambling about it. But it's no sense "naturally done"
Anyways. I think it's most important to listen to your body, I do terrible with a lot of chemicals, so organic fruit and veggies are key. I do really bad with Soy, and Dairy.
And I just avoid gluten because I have weird symptoms when I consume it.
It's also in a lot of beauty products. If wheat protein, and soy (like this last shampoo and conditioner I bought, money down the drain :( ) is in a shampoo I break out, and get really greasy hair, daily...
Careful of soy as a male, you should read up about the hormone effects of it.
