Hi Dear Friends at this Wonderful Forum!

I have not had anything to report for a very long time, as my body temp was hanging at 97-97.5 most of the time , even after 4 years of the protocol.
HOWEVER, I have seen some great changes since early December!
I have followed the protocol fairly closely for the past 2 years, but a month ago I started taking a high quality iron supplement (Without magnesium stearate added) and also started doing Sound Healing work which consisted of listening to the available audios on Tom Kenyon's website: http://www.tomkenyon.com

He has several that apply to the health of body organs and one in particular that has to do with the endocrine system. I listen to it daily , along with a few others (Love the one for the pineal gland!) and other than taking iron, this has made the difference in my body temperature, which used to be consistently 97-97.5 and is now up to 98-99 most hours of the day and night!
I hope this may be of help to some of you, as I realize that we are all different.....
To me, Mr Kenyon's work is quite powerful and profound...
